"Integrative Designs is truly creative in their approach to design. I purchased a dingy, outdated 80's townhouse that had all the worst features of the era...a claustrophobic kitchen with an ugly soffit, an enclosed dark room on the first floor, a totally beige master bath, guest bath and powder room. The walls were covered in a thick nasty knockdown and the floors were Saltillo tile. Overall the place was very dark, despite a skylight and a wall of windows facing a wide canal and a mangrove island. IDI came in and came up with a plan. They completely redesigned the kitchen and opened up a couple of walls, one of them load bearing. From there they ripped out the master bath, removing a tub to make a huge double shower done in Ming marble and woven glass tile. The results are astonishing. The townhouse is bright, open and beautiful. Not only is Integrative Designs talented designers, they are also wonderful project managers.
