This Jupiter townhome was designed for a client downsizing from a custom estate who wanted to recreate the elegance of her previous home in a smarter, more intimate space. A dramatic black feature wall expands the living area while maintaining a calming tone. The kitchen showcases a custom handmade glass and iron fixture, and the master bedroom was centered around a cherished art piece. A black-and-white checkerboard marble floor and custom big cat stair runner set a bold entry, while a blue den upstairs adds a touch of personality and warmth. The result is a tailored coastal retreat that feels both striking and serene.
