We meet with you before any design work begins, with in-depth conversations about your vision, your requirements and how you live. From there we develop a clear concept that fits your style and goals.

With the concept agreed, our design team prepares detailed plans and selects the materials, colors and finishes. We narrow the options to a short list you can choose from, so decisions stay clear and every element works together.

Execution
Our skilled contractors and team take the design from paper to reality. We oversee every aspect of the process, from the trades on site to the final installation.

Ask us anythingDo you only take on full-home remodels?
No. Many of our projects are full-home remodels, but we also work with clients who want a complete furnishing and styling plan without changing the layout — high-end furniture, lighting, window treatments, artwork, and décor — as well as focused updates like kitchens and bathrooms, and new construction.
Do you handle permits and contractor coordination?
We don’t pull permits directly, but we work with licensed contractors who do. We manage the design, provide permitting guidance, coordinate with the contractors, and oversee the details so you don’t have to juggle multiple moving parts.
Do you work with clients who live out of state or part of the year?
Yes. Many of our clients are seasonal residents or travel often. We structure the project around clear phases, handle site coordination locally, and keep you informed through photos, video, and scheduled check-ins so you can return to a finished home.
How long does a typical remodel take?
Timelines depend on the scope of work, permitting, and the level of customization. Most remodels take several months from design through installation, with full-home projects requiring more time than focused updates. During our initial consultation we walk through what’s typical for your home.
What does a full-home remodel cost?
Investment levels vary widely depending on the size of the home, how much construction is involved, and the level of customization you want. We review realistic budget expectations early in the process and keep communication clear as the design and construction develop.
