This Boca Raton waterfront home underwent a complete transformation from Mediterranean to modern, with a focus on creating an open and inviting layout. We restructured the floor plan by removing the original sunken bar and several interior walls, bringing natural flow and connectivity to the main living areas. Custom soffit and ceiling designs, paired with integrated lighting, emphasized the clean modern lines while enhancing depth and dimension. A soft neutral palette, chosen to align with the client’s request for a comfortable “vanilla” aesthetic. The result is a total remodel that reflects both elegance and livability.
